Booking & Availability

The price list below is based on a per week charge for the apartment and includes all clean towels and bed linen.

Each booking is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The balance is payable in full no later than 8 weeks before your holiday. There is a security bond also payable with the final balance of £75 per week. This will be retained until a satisfactory inspection of the apartments has been carried out after you have left and returned the keys.

BOOKING - The completed booking form should be returned with the non refundable 25%deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of the signed booking form and deposit. This amount should be sent to us within 5 days of the initial telephone booking or your option will be automatically released. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of all persons intending to occupy the property. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, then full payment must be made at time of booking.

CANCELLATION - In the event of cancellation the party leader must notify us in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the final payment has not been made 8 weeks before arrival. Additionally, if cancellation occurs within 42-29 days before departure, 30% of the total holiday cost will be charged and within 28 days before departure, the total cost will be forfeited by the client. We will gladly provide proof of payment for the purpose of an insurance claim.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE BY US - Whenever possible any change will be advised without delay. Should circumstances beyond our control require the booking to be cancelled or amended we will wherever possible offer you an alternative property. Should this prove to be unacceptable, write to us straight away. Once your instructions have been received in writing, a full refund of all monies paid for the rental will be made.

AMENDMENTS - If after confirming your booking you decide to alter any details we will do our utmost to make the requested change, provided that we are informed at least 8 weeks prior to the rental commencement.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of £75 per week booked should be sent with your final payment. This is conditionally refundable within 30 days of your return to the UK . All or part of the security deposit may be retained by us to cover excess cleaning costs, replacement or repairs to the property or any of its contents, excessive utility bills due to external doors being left open when air conditioning is on. It may also be retained by us should the key to the property not be safely returned. Any defects found on arrival MUST BE NOTIFIED TO THE MANAGEMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS or you may be held liable

FORCE MAJEURE - We cannot be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising in connection with your stay in the rental home caused by matters outside of any reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil disturbances, strikes or other industrial action, acts of Government or any event beyond our control.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES - Check in times are after 4.00pm* on the day of arrival. Check out times are before 12 noon* on the day of departure. * Special arrangements can be made provided the apartment is not required immediately before or after your holiday.

LIABILITY - We accept no responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects howsoever caused.

INSURANCE - You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance cover. Never travel without insurance. We are not responsible for any deaths, injuries, illness or loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles or to that of any guest however caused.

COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOLS - Use of the swimming pools is at your own risk. No liability will be accepted for injuries howsoever caused as a result of their use. For your own peace of mind, please do not allow children to use or play near the swimming pool unsupervised. No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. Diving is not permitted.

SMOKING - For safety reasons and out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

SECURITY - During your stay, whenever you leave the property, you are expected to ensure that all windows are closed and that all doors are locked.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS - Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to use the apartment and facilities at Punta Prima. The number of occupants must not exceed 4 persons. In consideration of other residents, noise should be kept within a reasonable level and not interfere with your neighbours’ comfortable enjoyment of their property.

BROCHURE -The brochure is a guide to the quality and description of the property. We reserve the right to make modifications which are shown to be necessary in the light of operating experiences. In the event that unintentional errors, mistakes or omissions occur, we cannot accept liability for these details.

PRICE GUARANTEE - The prices quoted are subject to change. However, the price is fully guaranteed when the deposit has been paid and the acknowledgment/receipt has been issued.
