The Apartments
Situated in Panorama Park Phase 3 within the purpose
built beach resort of Senorio De Punta
Prima, these neighbouring
ground floor apartments are next to the swimming pool and have sea views. Both
apartments provide over 140 square meters of accommodation and are described by
the developers as ‘Deluxe King Size’.
Each apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, two
bathrooms and a large open plan living area incorporating the kitchen, dining
and lounge areas. Ideally they sleep four people but can take five because there
is a spare bed in the second bedroom. Both apartments are fully
air conditioned which is a necessity in the high summer months.
Before we agreed to buy the apartment at Punta Prima we
researched and looked at virtually every development on the Costa Blanca and we
couldn’t find anything that offered such quality accommodation, within such
beautiful grounds in a location close to the beach and amenities.
Because the apartments have been purchased for our own
use they have been furnished to a high standard and fitted with all the comforts
of home including:
Cooker (hob and oven). Microwave. Toasted sandwich maker. Toaster. Fridge / freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron and ironing board. Clothes horse. Leather sofas Dining table and 6 chairs. LCD TV. Satellite TV with all UK channels and Sky Sports 1,2 & 3. DVD/ CD player. Hair dryer. King size double bed in Master Bedroom (can be separated into two singles if required). 2 single beds in Second Bedroom. Sun loungers. Patio table and chairs.
