The Resort
Senorio De Punta Prima
is one of the most exclusive residential development projects on the Costa
Blanca. Many have fallen for Punta Prima’s special Spanish influenced
architecture and ambience. The whole resort encompasses seven separate
development phases which will eventually provide 1900 exclusive apartments along
with associated services (gardens, pools, sports and leisure areas, beach club,
promenade, restaurants, bars & shops). This development is now 50% complete
and although building work still continues on other phases there is now little
disruption to
The resort is quite and
relaxing but within easy reaches of a wide range of facilities and activities to
suit your taste. The main shops, bars and restaurants of Punta Prima are a few
minutes walk away and the apartments are only half a mile from the main Punta
Prima beach.
Punta Prima is only 5
miles south of Torrevieja (pronounced torri–vi–ey–ah) which is a small
City with a population of 100,000. Torrevieja is not a Benidorm manufactured for
the tourist industry. You won’t find arcades or the Cat and Fiddle Pub here.
What you will find is a vibrancy and warmth of a typical Spanish coastal
community.
There is a beautiful harbour and promenade strewn with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. There is also a
street market which lights up the promenade. Here you will find where some
fantastic bargains from clothes through to things for the home. For the kids
there is a permanent fair at the end of the promenade and also an excellent
